Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist to manage the paid search efforts of a leading Health & Beauty brand on Google Ads and Bing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, ensuring alignment with the client's goals and brand ethos.
- Conduct keyword research, selection, and segmentation. Continuously optimize bidding strategies across campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance consistently.
- Generate actionable observations and recommendations from data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the team to forecast market opportunities, trends, and investment levels in the health and wellness domain.
- Stay abreast with PPC and SEM trends and industry innovations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing paid search campaigns, preferred with a focus on Health & Beauty brands.
- Proven experience in driving strategy and optimizing paid media campaigns to hit CPA and ROAS goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting continuous testing along with analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high ownership of tasks.
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C in the health and wellness sector is desirable.
