The Advertising Operations Manager (Ad Ops Trafficker) is responsible for planning and managing targeted digital ad campaigns for our B2B and B2C clients. This position works closely with a team of talented and out-of-the-box thinkers to ensure all ad campaigns are set-up for success. Overdrive Interactive is looking for someone with forensic attention to detail who has a strong passion for working with large sets of data. 
This position will serve as a process expert with heavy emphasis on data quality, campaign administration, reporting, and tasks in Excel. 

Responsibilities         
  • Manage and oversee execution of Digital Media Campaigns
  • Work within Ad Servers (Doubleclick/MediaMind/Atlas/Conversant)
  • Provide reporting for multiple campaigns to ensure campaigns are performing to optimal levels and clients are seeing great performance
  • Utilize ad platforms and third party tools to perform detailed QA, and ensure all ad units are built to specifications
  • Load ad tech into ad server
  • Report on fulfillment and optimization status
  • Proactively monitor advertiser spend and ROI offering suggestions for ad creative
  • Working directly with our product and tech teams to QA and implement ad product solutions
  • Review Campaign documents ensuring consistent and accurate set-up
  • Ensure efficient process and smooth trafficking of Digital campaigns
  • Advising on the use of conversion set-up and tracking


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations
  • Prior experience with DART/ATLAS/Double Click/Conversant ad servers required
  • Experience with Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter ad platform knowledge a plus
  • Strong experience working in Excel and Internet technologies required
  • Forensic attention to detail
  • Comfort and experience with a fast paced agency environment
