Responsibilities:

Improve search engine rankings by continually testing and updating website components

Execute organic optimization, including optimizing page content according to industry standards, improving site structure, page construction, keyword lists, and SEO copywriting

Analyze data to find trends and make recommendations to optimize those trends

Assist in redefining an established Information Architecture to best suit SEO optimization

Manage and refine SEO strategy to increase qualified organic search engine rankings

Monitor industry changes and help translate those to clients

Full management of SEO campaigns - generate ranking reports, conduct site audits, create client best practice documentation

Analyze and translate data from various data sources (web analytics, internal toolset, etc.) into actionable SEO recommendations

Assist in defining measurable success on a keyword level
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred or relative work experience
- Excellent proven analytical skills
- Experience analyzing effectiveness of marketing programs and/or channels
- Strong Excel modeling skills including use of pivot tables; proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience working across multiple data sources
- Proficient to expert with HTML and Excel, and knowledge of other web technologies (PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, Ajax, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with web analytics systems
- Strong sense for direct marketing, metrics and lead generation
- Ability to "think outside the box" with unique/specialized projects under tight deadlines
